An online school project for children from kindergarten to 11th grade. Working with the project - from August 2022 to the present.
The problem of the project: poorly rendered design; not formed USP; confusing and illogical structure of the course catalog; most of the pages are not in the index and much more. All the small traffic is from vital queries and from social networks.
The goal: to put the site in order, rebuild the structure, and think through the entire strategy and sales funnel for the project. Making the website competitive (is important!) in the online education niche.
Region: the whole of the Russian Federation. The promotion period is 20 months.

Analysis of the current situation. We find out the main problems, immediately plan what and in what time frame we will eliminate, build a hierarchy of criticality.

A lot of technical specifications were compiled: on design, on structure, on catalog synchronization, on technical issues, on commercial factors and usability

We are putting the website in good technical condition, improving the download speed, and working with the functionality

While the TK is being implemented, we are solving problems with the detection, scanning and indexing of site pages.
Working with relevance and content
We are adding content that our target audience lacks. We create new pages, analyze competitors, and work on an intelligence map.
Link strategy
We are starting a link promotion to improve our positions in Google
Commercial factors and usability
We are implementing user-friendly feedback forms and attention-grabbing elements on the site to turn traffic into conversions.

The growth of traffic from the search for target search phrases. The niche has a pronounced seasonality - August-September and January, the beginning of the semesters. Initially, the task was to make a "minimum" plan in July in order to prepare the site for demand in September. Further work was focused on strengthening these results.
